Our Halal and Ethical Business Commitment

Business Built on Trust, Integrity and Responsibility

At Zyneri Global Procurement, we believe that successful business is not measured solely by profit but by the trust we build, the value we create, and the positive impact we have on our clients, suppliers, and communities.

Our approach is guided by ethical business principles inspired by Islamic values, while welcoming clients and suppliers from all backgrounds who share our commitment to honesty and fairness.

Our Principles

Trust (Amanah)

We aim to conduct every business relationship with honesty, responsibility, and professionalism. We value the trust our clients place in us and strive to honour that trust in every interaction.

Honesty (Sidq)

We communicate openly and transparently. We provide accurate information to the best of our knowledge and avoid misleading or exaggerated claims.

Fairness (‘Adl)

We believe in fair and respectful dealings with clients, suppliers, and business partners. Our goal is to create relationships where all parties benefit.

Excellence (Ihsan)

We continually seek to improve our services, strengthen supplier relationships, and deliver value through professionalism and attention to detail.

Our Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Supporting halal-friendly products and services where applicable.
  • Promoting ethical sourcing and responsible business practices.
  • Building long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions.
  • Respecting cultural and religious values in international trade.
  • Treating every client with fairness, professionalism, and respect.
  • Encouraging sustainable business growth for entrepreneurs and SMEs.

What We Do Not Support

To remain aligned with our business values, Zyneri generally does not participate in sourcing or promoting products or services that conflict with our ethical principles, including products that are unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with halal business values.

We also focus on supporting businesses that purchase inventory for genuine trade and growth. As part of this commitment, we do not provide services for dropshipping business models or facilitate credit-based purchasing arrangements with suppliers.

Building Businesses That Benefit Communities

Our vision extends beyond procurement. We aspire to create a trusted global business hub where entrepreneurs, manufacturers, wholesalers, and SMEs can connect, collaborate, and grow through ethical international trade.

We believe that when business is conducted with integrity, transparency, and mutual respect, it creates lasting value for individuals, families, and communities.

“And Allah has permitted trade and forbidden usury (riba).”
— Surah Al-Baqarah (2:275)

We pray that our work is a means of benefit (khayr) for our clients, partners, and the wider community, and that every business relationship we build is founded on trust, fairness, and excellence.
